On Friday, 24th April, we learned about ANZAC Day in our studio. We read stories, created art, and made ANZAC biscuits. Students worked together in groups to create an ANZAC biscuit, and each had a job. It was great watching the students roll the biscuits into balls and smoosh them down! You can see our great ANZAC Day art in our studio windows shining in the sun.

What a beautiful way to honor ANZAC Day! It’s lovely to hear how the students collaborated on their baking – ‘rolling and smooshing’ sounds like the best part. The studio windows looked amazing with the artwork shining in the sun!
